Biography

Alexander Shlychkov was born in the city of Ust-Labinsk, Krasnodar Territory. Во время учебы в школе начал заниматься греко-римской борьбой в секции под руководством заслуженного тренера России Владимира Алехина. Alexander Shlychkov was born in the city of Ust-Labinsk, Krasnodar Territory. He continued his studies at the Donetsk Higher Military-Political School. During his studies, he trained in the karate section under the guidance of Valery Medvedev (7th dan Shotokan) and Sergei Lapshin (8th dan Shotokan, three-time champion of Ukraine, bronze medalist of the first all-Union competition in Tallinn, master of sports of Ukraine). As part of the national team of the Donetsk region, he became a prize-winner of the Ukrainian Karate Championship and fulfilled the standard for candidate master of sports in karate.

International project «Golden Triangle»

International Project (System) «Golden Triangle System» International Project is an expert and professional community of leading international instructors, doctors, teachers representing various types of applied martial arts.

International project (System) «Golden Triangle» is developing proprietary programs for various social groups, individual units of law enforcement agencies and conducting trainings in order to minimize the time spent on mastering applied motor skills, forming stable reflexes adequate to extreme situations, forming a stable model of behavior that promotes suppression attack the aggressor in the shortest possible time and with the minimum possible losses.

The developed techniques allow you to quickly move from working in close combat without weapons to using special means, bladed weapons and firearms.

The training programs of the «Golden Triangle» also include sections on health and rehabilitation techniques. For example, the author’s “Spiral” program allows not only to relieve stress from the spine, creating a muscular corset of the musculoskeletal system, but also to improve results in fire training, giving the trainee a reliable shooting platform that ensures accurate fire, including in movement.

The Methodological Council of the «Golden Triangle» includes not only international-level instructors who took part in hostilities, but also teachers and doctors who have academic degrees and are holders of patented Russian health and rehabilitation techniques.

International project «Golden Triangle» was first presented and tested for two months with units of the Main Directorate of Military Police of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on the basis of CSKA at the end of 2018. Alexander Shlychkov is a member of the Public Council under the Head of the Main Directorate of Military Police of the Moscow Region.

The main objective of the first training seminar was to teach the effective use of special equipment and confidently repel attacks on military police officers serving in Syria
