On the development of practical athletic all-around in the subjects of the Russian Federation

In order to further develop the type of competitive activity “practical athletic all-around” on the territory of the Russian Federation and to involve more of the population of our country in classes, the All–Russian Physical Culture and Sports Public Organization “Federation of Practical Athletic All-Around of Russia” (hereinafter – FPAMR) continues to work on improving the effectiveness of the introduction of practical athletic all-around in the regions.
So, on October 23, 2025, in Makhachkala, on the basis of the Wing Chun Club, an extraordinary meeting of the Regional Branch of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Public Organization “Federation of Practical Athletic All-around of Russia” in the Republic of Dagestan was held (hereinafter ‒ RO FPAMR in the Republic of Dagestan).
At the meeting, it was decided to elect a new chairman of the RO FPAMR in the Republic of Dagestan in the person of Aliyev Zurab Kiramuttinovich.
The most significant sporting achievements of Aliev Zurab are:
Master of Sports of Russia in hand-to-hand combat, sports judge of the All-Russian category;
Pankration European Champion (Varna, Bulgaria, 2008);
silver medalist of the K-1 World Championship (Viseu, Portugal, 2008);
world champion in hand-to-hand combat in the form of the “demonstration of technique” program of hand-to-hand combat (Orel, Russia, 2024);
multiple prize-winner and winner of the championships and Cup of Russia, as well as the Southern Federal District in hand-to-hand combat and pankration, three-time champion of the Republic of Dagestan in hand-to-hand combat, champion of the Republic of Dagestan in the individual and team championship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in hand-to-hand combat (2007).
In 2024, Zurab Aliyev was recognized by the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Dagestan and the Department of Sports, Tourism and Youth Affairs of the Makhachkala Administration in the nominations: “the best athlete of 2024 in non-Olympic sports” and “the best coach in hand-to-hand combat.”
In addition, new members were accepted into the ranks of the RO FPAMR in the Republic of Dagestan: Gadzhiev Magomedemin Nurutdinovich, Aliyev Zurab Kiramuttinovich, Abdullaev Artur Abdulmuminovich, Magomedov Zaur Akhmadovich, Abdullatipov Ruslan Basirovich, Ataev Abdul-Kadyr Arslanovich.
vThe Board of the branch was elected in the following composition: Aliev Zurab Kiramuttinovich, Abdullaev Artur Abdulmuminovich. Magomedov Zaur Akhmadovich.
Ruslan Yusupovich Biyarslanov, ex-chairman, was elected as the auditor of the department.
We are confident that the staff of the department can solve any tasks assigned to it for the development of practical athletic all-around in the Republic of Dagestan.
We wish the Chairman and new members of the RO FPAMR in the Republic of Dagestan fruitful and productive work in close cooperation with the FPAMR on the development of practical athletic all-around in the region.
